Honest Limitations

Cancer cannot be screened by this tool — dedicated cancer screening (colonoscopy, mammography, PSA, low-dose CT for smokers) remains essential and should be recommended to every client regardless of their biological age score. The tool detects the environment that promotes cancer (inflammation, metabolic dysfunction, low fitness) but not tumours themselves. Similarly, epigenetic age — the most direct biological age measurement available — requires a laboratory methylation test and cannot be field-assessed. When clients have this data, it should be the most heavily weighted single number in their overall biological age.
